Oh, home on the ranch…
Chad & Susy wanted their engagement photos done at the ranch they live on here in Parker County, Texas. I absolutely L O V E when I get to work with couples that not only have a creative idea, but we also become besties by the end of our session!
The wide open spaces at their ranch created the best environment to capture different looks from full sun, sunset and even the moon decided to join in. Doing the session at their home allowed them the comfortability to be in the moment, and I think it definitely shows.
Susy and Chad were SO awesome at taking direction and going for it! I try not to pose my couples too much and just let them have a fun little date. If you want to giggle and tell secrets, that’s fine with me! If you want to make out, I will capture that too! But, I don’t want to force my couples to act a way that doesn’t feel like them.
I think Chad and Susy’s Engagement Session will go down as one of my top faves for my career! You can see the joy on their faces, because they actually had a great time. I love capturing and telling love stories, but the best is when a couple can let loose and have fun.
